Structure Fire - Jasmine Way

Two residents and family pets escaped injury Friday night when the attached garage caught fire.

Captain Carrillo of USAR 134 uses a thermal imaging camera to see through the smoke and locate active hot spots.

The firewall and fire door separating the garage from the rest of residence prevented the spread of fire.

"Two vehicles parked in the driveway next to the garage sustained extensive front-end damage, the fire district reported. Household items and extra furniture that was stacked and stored in the garage area also suffered extensive damage in the fire" - CBS5

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
